If man always wants to remain healthy, strong and energetic so should not let his stomach get upset, should abstain from tough food.

If you keep concerned behavior in the matters of your health so you will never get ill. As we don’t give attention towards our health, are lethargic for it and use spicy food in abundance that is why diseases surrounds us, we to combat diseases should produce immunity in us so that we don’t get preyed by diseases with ease. One weak person as compared to a strong person gets attacked by diseases easily. The one who’s health will be good and enviable he won’t be easily attacked by diseases. Even if diseases will attack him he will get healthy immediately, always do exercise, use spicy foods very seldom, use simple foods in everyday meal. Eat digestible food so that your digestive system remains healthy and you get healthy and remain flourishing and fresh. Some people eat a lot that is why they mostly remain ill. The people who eat less get ill less. This is one medical theory also that a person will always get ill when he will eat more because of hunger. One talented doctor’s saying is if man always wants to remain healthy, strong and energetic so should not let his stomach get upset, should abstain from tough food. Vegetables, fruits and sometimes use chicken and fish meat. If you use chicken meat in vegetables so it would be much better. Orange juice is best. Peas and potato use never lets cancer happen. Green leaves vegetables will also protect you from cancer and you will remain active and healthy.
